Payment

Orders with delivery to the home can only be paid by card through the payment gateway and only after confirmation of the order from us with the specified price of your order. In fact, this means that after you create an order and we begin to prepare your order, we will replenish the actual weight of all weighed items, thus accurately updating the price of your order. Once your order is ready, you will be sent an email with a link to the payment gateway with a specified price, including an updated summary of your order. After your order has been paid for, we will pass the order to the Liftago driver so that he can deliver your order to you in good condition.

Orders with personal collection by picking up at our store can be paid both by card at the store and in cash.

Delivery

We deliver orders only in Prague and the surrounding area (maximum 10 km beyond the borders of Prague). The minimum order value for delivery is 300 CZK.

The transport of our orders for our e-shop is provided by the company Liftago. Orders are delivered in isothermal polyboxes to avoid a rapid increase in temperatures of refrigerated products.

For regular transport (the next day at the earliest), the customer can also specify the required delivery time with a time range of 2 hours, for example between 2 and 4 hours.

For express transport, the customer's order will be delivered the same day no later than 150 minutes after ordering.

Liftago delivery (next day at the earliest) - 300 czk ( For orders worth 300 - 1499 czk )

Liftago delivery (next day at the earliest) - 200 czk ( For orders worth 1500 - 2499 czk )

Liftago delivery (next day at the earliest) - 300 czk ( For orders worth 2500 - 3499 czk )

Liftago delivery (next day at the earliest) - 0 czk ( For orders of 3500 czk or more )

Express delivery - CZK 350.(the same day between 11 am and 8 pm) within 150 minutes of ordering
