This excellent Chardonnay from the 1er Cru Vau de Vey vineyard is a classic representative of lively, mineral wines from Chablis. Typical light color with a greenish tint. Fruit and white flowers in the aroma. Very fresh, mineral taste is slightly more complex, richer and longer in the finish than the basic Chablis. In addition to seafood, it also perfectly complements dishes prepared from white meat. Serving temperature 11-13°C. Ideal for ages 3-6, maximum age up to 10 years.
