A clear wine with a brilliant colour of polished brass. Fine, intense bubbles. Delicate aromas of fresh apricots, ripe citrus and green apples. The palate is juicy with a cutting acidity reminiscent of ripe citrus - limes, nectarines and pomelo. A long refreshing finish with pleasant undertones of bergamot.
